Field reality comes first
We design from what's actually on site — the loads, the network, the people, the outages — not from a catalogue. If a plan doesn't survive contact with the field, it wasn't a plan.
AboutREST Automation
REST designs, installs, and supports automation, IoT, and energy systems — so the people running sites, fleets, and households can see what matters and act before problems become losses.
How we work
These aren't values on a poster — they're the rules our scopes, deployments, and handovers are written to.
We design from what's actually on site — the loads, the network, the people, the outages — not from a catalogue. If a plan doesn't survive contact with the field, it wasn't a plan.
Scope, control logic, deployment stages, cost ranges, handover documents. If it isn't written down, you can't hold us to it — so we write it down.
Training and documentation come with every deployment. We'd rather earn the support contract than trap you into it.
Configurator estimates are labelled as guidance. Scenario studies are labelled as scenarios. When we have field data, we show it; when we don't, we say so.
The method
Site walk, asset inventory, downtime and risk audit.
Sensors, controllers, dashboards, and alert logic that fit the process.
Pilot the highest-value workflow, then scale with documented standards.
Telemetry reviews, threshold tuning, and support after go-live.
Work with REST
A bill, a route, a floor plan, or a control headache — we'll turn it into a written scope and a staged plan.
