The operating difference
With REST, or without it
See what actually changes.
When running it in-house makes sense
- You already have engineers monitoring and maintaining every asset
- Your operation is single-site and rarely changes
- You're set up to own each vendor, tool, and integration yourself
Why operators bring in REST
- Live telemetry and alerts across every site, asset, and vehicle
- Automation that grows output without growing the payroll
- Solar and backup sized to keep revenue-critical loads running
- Installed, documented, trained, and supported long-term
Stop guessing. Start seeing.

For business — how we deploy
Field reality comes first.
Four stages from a rough brief to a system your team can run. Select a stage to see what actually happens on the ground.
Map the operation
We walk the site with your team and map every asset, decision, and repetitive task — the things that quietly cost hours or put uptime at risk.
Why REST
Built to be accountable.
Anyone can install hardware. The difference is what you can hold us to — before, during, and long after the deployment.
A written scope before any work
Every engagement starts on paper: the hardware, the control logic, the deployment stages, and the cost range — agreed before anything is installed.
Piloted first, then scaled
We prove the highest-value workflow in the field before rolling out further, so you commit to results — not promises.
A handover you can actually run
Your team gets operating documentation, training, and clear ownership. No black boxes, no dependence on whoever installed it.
Support that outlasts the install
Telemetry reviews, threshold tuning, and a named contact after go-live. The system keeps earning its place — and we stay accountable for it.
Questions
Asked before every project.
The practical questions operators raise in the first conversation — answered straight.
Do you only work in Accra?
We're based in Accra and deploy across Ghana. Remote sites are normal for us — most of what we build is designed to be monitored and supported from anywhere.
Can you work with equipment we already have?
Usually, yes. The audit maps what's already on site — meters, pumps, generators, trackers, routers — and we design the control layer around what's worth keeping.
How do configurator estimates relate to a final quote?
Configurators give you an honest starting range from your own numbers. A site survey and load verification turn that range into a written, itemised proposal — that document is the quote.
What happens after installation?
Handover documentation, on-site training, and a support arrangement defined in your proposal. After go-live we review the telemetry with you and tune thresholds and automations.
How long does a deployment take?
It depends on scope, but the staged approach means you see the first working workflow quickly — we pilot the most valuable piece first rather than making you wait for a big-bang launch.
